No strap changing tool, toothpicks work the best. The case and bezel have some light cosmetic wear/swirls that are visible in the photos. The blue alligator strap is unworn and only ever installed for this photo. The watch is running well, and everything is functioning as it should. It has an extended warranty till 11/29/2029.
